Project Coordinator Vacancy
We are seeking a talented Website Coordinator to join our Web Team. The candidate must possess experience with web development, design, content, conversion, SEO, analytics, etc. The candidate must be able to analyze client requests and document the requirements.
Requirements
- Excellent organization, time management & communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of all aspects of a web development project lifecycle from strategy through launch
- Ability to write basic project specifications and documentation
- Ability to work creatively with colleagues on project teams
- Working level knowledge of HTML & CSS would be an advantage
- Any experience with PHP, MySQL, jQuery is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage the communication between the project managers and the Web Team
- Work with project managers to make sure all client deliverables are in place
- Organize web project requests into basic project specifications / documentation
- Manage and prioritize the queue of all website project requests within our issue management system
- Communicate progress of work queue to project managers
